Exercise for woman

Hi everybody,

Welcome to my blog which will give you tips,advice and motivation to stick with your healty lifestyle that is going to bring you loads of compliments, gives you tons of energy and vitality for everyday life. Also will explain why exercise for woman is your absolute guide to achieve your goals.

So as i promised here are my first tips which will give you constantly more energy.
I call them a quick fix and if you don't use them regularly you...oh boy are u loosing a lot. Ok now really here we go.

1) 8hrs of sleep is an absolute must for your glowing skin, for your body to regenerate, and having the energy to face everyday tasks.
2) Plenty, plenty and did i mentioned plenty of water always carry a water bottle with you where ever you go. Simply by following this rule, you'll give yourself to the best chance to control your cravings for food. Not mentioning its good for your metabolism and vitality. Pure water is the best Not some Juicy crap with loads of hidden sugar and a nice picture on the label.

Exercise for woman is not just about doing tons of cardio. Because i think diet is the key to success. Did you know if you don't eat healthy and your just exercise than your missing on about 80% better improvements. Shocking isn't, that's why i am here so stay tuned for more.
